Fresh, preserved or frozen, artichokes are digit of my selection vegetables. A bounteous firm artichoke, steamed and served with yellowness juice, stands on its possess as a official course. Artichoke-Wild playwright Salad

Artichoke-Chick Pea Soup
2 onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups bouillon

1 16-ounce crapper chicken peas
